Club Penguin Civil War by Nicnacs1234                           FICTION

Most important note: This is fake, and includes some very moderate violence, and no-one will die. It is recommended that children under the age of 8 do not read this, and anyone who disapproves of violence should not read this. I wouldn’t really hurt anybody, and neither would anyone mentioned in this story. I cannot express this enough, so bear this in mind whilst reading, but do enjoy.

Note: Your name will not be including unless you ask to be included. Some names are fake and every random name I use is not owned by anyone, I check all random names. Rockhopper is good, and Gary and Aunt Arctic and Rockhopper are all friends. And the moderators would never let this happen.

Chapter 1

I woke up, and went straight over to the Red tracker. I breathed a sigh of relief. No red close by. I started thinking about what life was like before the civil war started. I remembered my puffles, my igloo, parties and fun. Then I looked around the tent. I saw penguins and puffles alike sleeping peacefully. I saw the cook still asleep. I went to wake him up. He must have heard my footsteps as he immediately stood up and went over to the kitchen. I sighed. It was hard running a safety camp of 20 penguins and puffles. I looked at the clock. 8 in the morning. I yawned. I had only had 5 hours sleep. I went to check the Battlefield News Machine. We had won our latest war at the Snow Forts. Thank goodness. We are currently stationed at the Forest, but if we hadn’t won then we would have had to move back to the Cove. I heard a beeping noise. Oh no! I went over to the Red tracker and saw a group of red approaching. I froze. Uh oh! It’s not safe here. I had been trained, and I knew what had to be done.

Chapter 2

I ran quickly around the tent waking everyone up. It would have been a lot quicker to just yell to everyone but then it would have made it easier for the red to find us. Puffles were put on leashes, penguins grabbed supplies. I saw a little pink puffle all on its own. I asked if anyone owned this puffle but no one seemed to know who owned the little puffle. I decided I would look after it myself. It brought back memories. I had to leave behind my puffles. The red were coming, but they didn’t go after puffles. I left them enough food for months, I put out puffle toys and locked the door to make sure they were safe. I quickly came back to reality. The first penguins were already leaving. I always stayed at the back, to make sure we weren’t being followed. The penguins and puffles quickly moved and soon the whole tent was empty, apart from me and a small purple puffle. She had been shot by the red and couldn’t walk very fast. I couldn’t just leave her there so I got a cart and put her in it. I ran to catch up with the rest of the group and gave one of the penguins who wasn’t carrying anything the responsibility of looking after the little penguin. I then ran back to the empty tent, folded it up and ran once again to catch up with the group. I could just about see them now. I looked at the red tracker. I gasped. The red were so close. I looked at where I was, and then at where the red was. The chances were, I wouldn’t make it. I sent a message to my Second in Command.
“The red are very close. You will have to run if you are to have a chance of escaping with your lives. I am going to throw the tent to the people at the back of the line. Also a little pink puffle is running to the group. I probably wont make it. I know you will do a great job of looking after everyone. I salute you as I say good-bye. Blue Leader 451 signing out,” I said
“You are a great warrior. We both know that. Even when all the odds have been against you, you always seem to come through. I have known you for many years, I have fought with you for many years. You are the best female leader I know. You shall be greatly missed. I salute you Blue Leader 451. This is Blue Co-Leader 672 signing out, as a friend and colleague,” replied my co-leader.     This is the last thing I remember before everything went black...

Chapter 3

I knew what had happened to me. The red had found me. I’d been shot, so why was I on a life saver machine? I tried to think back to my training. I remembered the red liked to try and get secret information from their prisoners. They thought I was still asleep, but really I was awake. Every now and again I opened my eyes, and saw lots of red penguins. I looked at my flipper. Typical. My skin was red. One time I opened my eyes and saw him there. Rockhopper. The leader of the red. They must have something special planned for me. I was starting to get very worried. I knew of only one way to escape. I had to try using the transmitter. When I joined the blue G, leader of the blue, had me micro chipped. He said they wouldn’t work until a certain date. The trouble was, I didn’t know what date it was. I decided to try it.
  “G,” I said.
“You have reached Gary the Gadget Guy’s office. Please ask if you want to speak to G and state your name,” said the recorded message.
“Blue leader 451 wants to speak to G,” I said.
“Please wait while we pass you over to G.”
“Hello. How are you Nicnacs1234?” said Gary
“Not good. The red captured me. I need help. I’m in Rockhopper’s quarters. I don’t know why, but they probably have something special planned for me.”
“Don’t panic. I had already traced that you weren’t in a blue area. There are four agents on the way. Hang on.”
“Okay. Have you heard anything from my group? We had to move and we were just walking to the Cove.”
“Good news! Your second in command contacted me a few minutes ago. Everyone has safely reached the Cove. They are just setting up the tent.”
“Thank goodness! Uh oh. Rockhopper is speaking to me. I’ll broadcast what he is saying.”
“So... how are you feeling Nicnacs1234? Not good... oh dear. I’m feeling great. We won our war at the Dojo. Also, we seem to be allying the green. There is little hope for the blue now. Why don’t you join the red? We recently lost Red leader 562 when he joined the green and we are looking for a replacement. Why not join the team that will win. Join us, or die. Your choice,” said Rockhopper.
“The day I betray the blue is a long way away,” I said.
“Yes, well that is what Blue leader 163 said,” replied Rockhopper.
I saw the agents approaching. I signalled to them to stay silent. I knew it would hurt, but I had to make a distraction. I pulled out the wires and rolled off the bed. I rolled around Rockhopper’s quarters trashing anything and everything I could see. Suddenly, one of the red who used to be a blue punched Rockhopper and knocked him out. Things were looking good. Then, another red punched two reds. It was Blue medic 413 and Blue co-leader 290.
  “Welcome back guys.”
“Glad to be back,” they said.
“Good. Blue medic 413 to your left! Blue co-leader 290 to your right!”
Suddenly, we were surrounded. I thought this was the end.
“Pow! Ha! Take that you stupid idiotic reds!” said a familiar voice.
  “Thanks Boo765,” I said.
  “Don’t mention it,” she replied.
The other agents went around and knocked out the rest of the reds. I was handed a jet pack, and we all flew away. It was a big blow to the reds, and both sides knew it. On the way back to HQ we saw some green. Aunt Arctic, leader of the green, was among them. They bandaged my wound and we thanked them and kept flying. This was proof that the alliance did exist. We reached HQ and waited to speak to G. Whilst we were waiting, we were asked to write down what had happened. Once I had finished writing my account I thought about the moderators. Where are they? Why did they leave us in the middle of a civil war? Finally, we were called into G’s office.

Chapter 4

“Are you okay? We’ve all been so worried. Nicnacs1234, how is that shot wound?” asked Gary
“ It’s healing well. The green bandaged it for me and we saw Aunt Arctic. Looks like the alliance has been formed,” I replied
“Good! Well, I read your reports on what happened. Welcome back Blue medic 413 and blue co-leader 290. Your spy mission went very well,” said G.
“Spy mission? They weren’t really with the reds?”
“Yes, we were on a spy mission. If we went as leaders or agents of the blue it would have looked suspicious.”
“Well, debrief in 10 minutes. I wish to speak to Nicnacs1234 alone,” said Gary.
Everyone else left, and I was alone with G.
“You were very impressive out on the battlefield.”
“Thanks. But, I just followed my instincts.”
“Well, your instincts just got you a place as a head agent. You are a great leader, but a great spy and fighter as well. Once your shot wound has healed, you can start work as a head agent. Until then, go back to your group,” said G.
“Thank you sir,” I said, saluting.
“As you were Blue Head Agent 724,” G replied, handing me a list of the agents under me. The sheet said:

Blue Head Agent 724’s Agents

Head Agent: Nicnacs1234
Deputy Head Agent: Boo765
Agent: Smithfym
Agent: Teampack71
Agent: Crimson Yum
Agent: 99junk99

“Hey Boo! Check this out,” I called to Boo765
“Woah. I’ve been promoted. Your my Head Agent?”
“Yeah. But I won’t be bossy or anything.”
“Hey! Smithfym, Teampack71, Crimson Yum and 99junk99. Over here,” called Boo765
The agents quickly assembled themselves.
  “What is it?” they asked.
“Meet your new Head Agent Nicnacs1234 aka Blue Head Agent 724,” said Boo765.
“And meet your new Deputy Head Agent Boo765!” I added.
The four young agents saluted.
“Now this is how it is gonna work,” I said sternly, ”You will get up at 6 am sharp every morning... ONLY JOKING! Seriously, we have been given a tent and supplies. We are stationed at the Ice berg. Waking up time will be 9 am but everything is an hour later at weekends. Breakfast is at 9:30. 10 am is the earliest time we will be given for a mission. The rest of the time we will try and hack into red top secret information. Okay, lets go set up. I will join you in a few days. Until then follow Boo765. As you were.”
We left for the Iceberg, unaware of the danger we were about to face.

Chapter 5

We made sure our jet packs had enough fuel for the journey, and left. I sensed danger very far off and warned by team about it. We were not alone on our travels, two other agent groups were travelling to the Iceberg as well. Just incase, I alerted the other Head Agents and Deputy Head Agents of my fear. They asked me how I had come to this conclusion, and I replied by saying that I had been captured by the red, and I just knew. The blue HQ is the Sport Shop, and we were just flying over the Mine shack when suddenly a bullet flew past. I immediately swung into action, calling out orders to everyone.
“Head Agents! Escort your groups to the Coffee Shop, its our nearest base. My group follow the others. Boo765, stay back with me. We’ve got some business to attend to, and I spy a pirate,” I said urgently.
Without hesitation, everyone disappeared towards the Coffee Shop, apart from me and Boo765. Once we were alone, Boo765 spoke.
“Are you mad? Nicnacs1234, 24 hours ago you were shot in the leg. I don’t think you are ready to fight. I am sure G would have said take it easy,” said Boo765, worriedly.
“Don’t worry, as soon as I had that bad feeling I made sure there were 4 agents on stand by at the Coffee Shop, and they are halfway here already,” I said, pausing every now and again to dodge a bullet.
“Are you sure you know what you’re doing?” Boo765 asked.
“Boo, you have known me long enough to know that I NEVER have a clue what I am doing.”
We stayed up in the air silent for a while, dodging bullets. Then the agents arrived.
“Nice timing guys. Give yourselves a gold star each. Now this is what we’re gonna do....” I started to say.
“Nicnacs1234 was shot in the leg yesterday, and she is going straight back to the Coffee Shop,” Boo765 said.
“Correction, I was shot yesterday AND today. You see, I kinda got shot in the hand a couple of minutes ago...” I said grinning widely and trying not to laugh.
The agents giggled, and so did I.
“Don’t worry, once I shoot one of those stupid reds I’ll go straight back to the HQ, although it’s a lot harder to aim with these stun guns. Why did G say stun guns only?” I said, whilst I was aiming my gun, “Oh yeah. He said it was because we don’t sink down to the level of the Reds.”
I finally managed to stun one of the Reds, and I later found out it was Rockhopper! Then I remember falling and waking up on the floor.

Chapter 6

I opened my eyes to see a crowd of Blues around me. Amongst them were G and the agents I had sent to the Coffee Shop when the Red started attacking.
“Wow! Now that is what I call an entrance,” I exclaimed.
I started trying to get up, and managed to stand.
“Boo765 contacted me and told me that Shot Girl N was on the way. I guessed she was referring to you,” said G.
“Yep. That’s me all right. Don’t worry, it was only a small shot in the hand. It barely hurt,” I replied.
“Well, go to the hospital room all the same. You will be staying in over night, and don’t try to talk your way out of it,” said G.
“Okay. Oh, and how are Boo765 and the agents.”
I didn’t get a response, so I figured G hadn’t heard me. I walked to the hospital in silence, wondering how many Reds the agents had managed to shoot. When I arrived I saw a very empty room. I went up to the Front Desk.
“Nicnacs1234 here for a small shot wound to the hand,” I said.
“Ah, yes. We’ve been expecting you. Go and sit on that bed over there and the nurse will be right over,” the woman at the desk replied.
  “Okay. Thanks.”
I went over to the bed and sat down. I looked at the small wound. I had left the bullet in, just in case. A nurse soon approached me.
“Hello Nicnacs1234. If we were having a normal conversation I would ask how you were. But, if you were fine you wouldn’t be here. So, you were shot with a small bullet in the hand, yes?” said the nurse.
“Yes, and I was shot yesterday in the leg.”
“Well, lets have a look at your hand first.”
I held out my hand. The nurse looked at it for a while and then spoke.
“I think the only thing we can do is remove that bullet and bandage it up.”
The nurse got some tweezers and pulled out the bullet. It hurt a bit, and blood started spurting out. There wasn’t much, and it soon stopped. The nurse bandaged my hand, and then started unravelling the bandage on my leg. More blood appeared from my leg. There was no bullet to remove, as the green had removed it earlier. The nurse cleaned the wound, bandaged it and put on a blue cast.
“You won’t be running anytime soon. For today, I want you to take it easy and stay in bed. G is coming to see you later. Until then, you have been asked to write down what happened,” said the nurse, walking away.
I sat down and started to write down what had happened. I had just finished when G arrived. I was worried as soon as I saw the look on G’s face. He sat down next me, paused for a moment and began to speak.
“The reason I didn’t answer your question before was I didn’t know the answer. But now I have some news,” said G, gravely, “one person saw Boo765 write a word in the sky. She flew in the shape of the word ‘help’ and straight after she disappeared. It doesn’t look good for her.”
“They will NOT get away with this as long as I live,” I said, fiercely, “What happened to the other agents?”
“They disappeared at the same time as Boo765. I assure you, we have a search party out looking right now. They are our top agents. If anyone can find Boo765 and the agents, it is the agents out looking right now. I know you were a close friend of Boo765, but you need to stay strong. She is a smart girl, and she’ll find a way out. Until then, it’s a waiting game.”
“Over my dead body will they kill my friend,” I said full of rage.
“Yes, well, that is well and good but I can’t see you going anywhere anytime soon. The best thing to do is wait.”
“Actually, I’m not to sure if you’re right about that...”
“Now listen here, Nicnacs1234,” said G sternly, “you are not to do anything until your shot wounds have healed. Are we quite clear?”
  “Yes, sir,” I said.
“Good. As you were,” said G, and he walked away.
Unfortunately, after all these years G still didn’t know me very well. Was I going to do what I had been told to do? YOU BET I WASN’T...

Chapter 7

I waited until I was alone, and quickly got ready to go and rescue Boo765 and the agents. I stood up and tiptoed over to the window. I opened it just enough for me to squeeze out. I climbed out and slid down the drainpipe. I looked at the security. There was barely any. I cautiously walked towards the fence. I went to the gate and started to open it. It creaked loudly so I slowly opened the gate. I was just walking away from the building when I was hit by a stun gun. The stun gun wasn’t very powerful and I woke up a couple of minutes later.
“Okay, this was not planned,” I said, looking at faces around me. “Mission failed.”
“Nice try. I knew you were going to try and get out. In fact, I would have been surprised if you hadn’t tried anything,” G said, “so I made sure there was extra, well hidden security.”
“Yep, that’s me. Danger girl,” I replied.
“Joking aside, you deliberately disobeyed me. I can’t take any more risks, I’ll have to put you in a cell. Otherwise, you’ll spend all day trying to escape. I’m sorry, you’re a good agent but you just can’t be trusted,” said G.
  “But... BUT....”
“The guards will escort you to your cell. You can try and help your friends using a computer. Now off you go.”
I went to the cell with guards following close behind me. It was very comfortable in the cell. After a while, I started getting bored. I turned on the computer and found the Red tracker. The red tracker for the building wasn’t working. I upgraded it, changed a few settings and it was soon up and running again. I closed the program, and opened the Transmitter Control Panel. I signed in and looked for online contacts. I saw a list that said:

Online Contacts

Gary the Gadget Guy
Smithfym
99junk99 (using head device)
Crimson Yum
4life4life4
Boo765 (using head device)

I breathed a sigh of relief. I now knew that she was alive. But, she would only use a head device if she had to. She must be desperate. I thought quickly. I looked at the list of people who had her as a contact. I saw only one name, my own. I knew I had to contact someone, tell them. I started a conversation with G.

Nicnacs1234: G! I have some news about Boo765 and the agents.
Gary the Gadget Guy: What do you know?
Nicnacs1234: Boo765 is on the Transmitter system using her head device. I’m talking to her now.

Meanwhile...

Nicnacs1234: Boo! Where are you? Are you okay?
Boo765: I am on Rockhopper’s ship. We are sailing to Rockhopper Island. Nicnacs, I’m scared.
Nicnacs1234: Try and relax. The agents are on the way. Broadcast what is going on, and I will broadcast it to G.
Boo765: Okay. Here it comes.

So, I started talking to G again...

Nicnacs1234: They are on Rockhopper’s ship sailing to Rockhopper Island. She is broadcasting what is going on to me, so I’ll broadcast it to you.
Gary the Gadget Guy: Okay. Thank you.

I started to listen to what was happening.

“Foolish little children. Thinking you could take on the Red and win,” said Rockhopper.
“Before you ask, we won’t join the Reds as long as we live,” said Boo765.
“Yeah. Now why don’t you go and have a bit of rum you stupid pirate,” said one of the agents.
I heard giggling. I started laughing myself.
“Poor little Rockhopper can’t think of any comebacks,” said another agent.
More laughter could be heard.
“Silence you scallywags! I’m the one in charge here,” said Rockhopper.
  “Yeah, you wish.”
Sniggering could now be heard. I was already in fits of laughter. I decided to consult G about what was going on.

Nicnacs1234: G, where are the Agents now?
Gary the Gadget Guy: Just about to set off for Rockhopper Island.
Nicnacs1234: Tell them to wait for me. My shot wounds have almost completely healed. Please G.
Gary the Gadget Guy: Okay then. But hurry up. and be CAREFUL.

I signed off the Transmitter network and the door of the cell opened. I went out and ran to the kit room. I found my suit and hurriedly put it on. I ran outside to where the Agents were getting ready to set sail.
“Hurry up Nicnacs1234. We’ve been waiting for you,” said the captain.
I climbed into the boat and we set sail for Rockhopper Island.

Chapter 8

The sea was anything but calm. We saw no other ships and no sign of life apart from the distant Club Penguin and, after a while the distant Rockhopper Island. After a few hours we reached the shore. Soaking wet we climbed out of the boat. The sun was shining, the sky was blue and everything was perfect, too perfect.

“It’s a” I began to say but I was interrupted when the net came down and trapped us, “trap.”
  “No, really?”
“Don’t say I wasn’t going to warn you.”
  “Okay. Don’t worry, I won’t.”
“Yeah, but because he won’t doesn’t mean that I won’t.”
“Oh shut up you lot,” I said giggling, “now where the hey are we.”
“Obvious question so how come Rockhopper didn’t answer it?”
“We know you’re there so come out Rockhopper,” I said.
Rockhopper emerged.
“How did you know?” he asked.
“A flying pig told us. When a flying pig shouts out Rockhopper rules you become suspicious,” we all replied.
There was silence for a couple of seconds which was followed by hoots of laughter.
  “Silence you,” Rockhopper said.
  “Scallywags,” I finished.
  “Just be quiet.”
  “Not gonna happen.”
“Guards, get rid of this lot except the one that seems to find everything funny. I have something planned for her.”
The net was opened and everyone was marched away, everyone except me. Rockhopper grabbed me by the flipper and dragged me over to where Boo765 and the agents were.
“Now your punishment,” said Rockhopper with an evil look in his eye, “is to see your friends suffer.
I had already signed on to the Transmitter network and told G about what was going on. I began to talk to Boo765.

Nicnacs1234: Boo765! How are you?
Boo765: Brilliant! I’m having so much fun as a prisoner of the red.
Nicnacs1234: Cool! Now, lets find a way out of here. I have an idea. It is quite weird, but I am almost certain it will work. When every thing is not what it seems just run. Tell the other agents this. Don’t worry. It will make sense in a couple of minutes.
Boo765: Okay. I trust you. Just be careful.
Nicnacs1234: I’m gonna say the same words that put me in this position, not gonna happen!

I opened my mouth and began to sing. “When you know every thing’s gonna be a breeze. That the end no doubt is gonna justify the means. You can fix every problem with the slightest of ease. Yes please! Well you might find out it can go to your head. When you write a report on a book you never read. With the snap of your fingers you can make your bed. That’s what I say! Everything is not what it seems when you can get all you wanted in your wildest dreams. You might run into trouble if you go to extremes because everything is not what it seems. Every thing is not what it seems when you can have what you want by the simplest of means. Be careful not to mess with the balance of things because everything is not what it seems.”
By the time I had finished, all I could see was chaos.

Chapter 9

You may be thinking that when you are in a life or death situation the last thing you are going to do is open your mouth and sing. But, once I had gone looking in G’s desk and found out that the red hated singing. It was soooooooo embarrassing and I will never do that again. The agents had already begun running. They were just toy soldiers in the distance. I already knew my fate. It would be the same as the fate of Fishy73yoo. After a few minutes the red had recovered and were already making plans for my death.
“Should we drown her or gas her?” Rockhopper asked.
  “I think drown.”
  “I think gas.”
“I don’t know. Whichever will make her suffer the most.”
“The one that will give her a slow and painful death.”
“I think it would be cool to gas her.”
“Let her drown, it would be much more exciting.”
After much deliberation it was decided that I would be gassed. I was tied up to a tree and a box with a gas machine was lowered. A cage with no gaps and no air holes was then surrounding me. The gas started immediately. I knew I didn’t have much time to live, but there was still hope for the others. I signed on to the Transmitter Network and sent a quick message to G.

Nicnacs1234: Code red Rockhopper Island. Save them, there is no hope for me...
Gary the Gadget Guy: Nicnacs1234, please explain further.
Nicnacs1234: No...hope...me. Save...them.

I could no longer think straight and I could feel myself slowly dying. I sat down and rested against the side, and tried to breath the clear air and think straight. It was just impossible. For a few minutes I just sat there and said nothing. The red were talking but I could not hear what they were saying. Slowly I drifted away and felt pains in my chest. Then everything went black.

Chapter 10

I woke to find myself surrounded by my blue friends once again.
“Is this heaven?” I asked dizzily.
“No, not last time I checked it wasn’t,” G replied.
“But how did I survive?” I questioned.
“As soon as I got your message I sent out a team of agents to come and rescue everyone. They found you and turned off the gas. It was just in time. A few more seconds in there and you would have been dead.”
“Luck seems to follow me everywhere,” I mumbled.
  “Yes, you were very lucky.”
“How are Boo765 and the agents?”
“They are doing great,” G said brightly and then changed his tone, “Nicnacs1234 I am assigning you two weeks leave. Well, its not exactly leave, but two weeks no work. This time I don’t want any escaping. Are we quite clear?”
  “Yes G.”
“Good. Now, I think you should go up to the hospital.”
  “Yes G. Thank you G.”
The next few days passed by slowly. I had many different medicines and many different doctors. Since I was already there, I had my annual tests. Most of the day I spent chatting on the Transmitter Network. It wasn’t exactly leave because I was helping by sending messages and warnings. It was just a different field of work. Many people came to visit me, including Boo765 and G. I could have talked to Boo765 for hours but she had to get back to work. On my last day in the hospital, the results of the tests came in. I tell you, I wasn’t half in for a shock.

To be continued!...
